Skyler and I were so glad that my parents were able to come out and visit us this past week. This trip had been planned for months, and it seemed like it was never going to get here. We had such a great week being with my parents and getting lots of one-on-one time with them (no kid ever grows too old for that). One of our favorite moments was showing them our lot! We had sent many pictures to them over the last several weeks, but it was great for them to actually see it up close. This is a great picture of my parents! They were very excited to be our very first visitors. The next time Mom and Dad are out in Virginia will be when the house is complete. They're really getting the true before and after experience. In the background you can see a little bit of what our neighborhood looks like. Yeah!!
